Comprehensive intervention in the school infrastructure of Ngola Kiluanje Secondary School, Luanda: three-storey cross-shaped classroom blocks, administrative block, canteen, computer laboratories, sports fields and landscaping. PORTECOS provided construction supervision, with quality control, measurements, schedule and acceptance, recorded in construction management and supervision software (BINGA) and drawings checked in AutoCAD. The school was inaugurated in September 2026.
